AGGE 230 V is an LED strip suitable for both professional and home use, powered directly from mains power (230 V), which helps in general lighting of construction sites, construction and renovation sites and industrial areas. The LED strip can be used to illuminate, for example, stairs, scaffolding and other difficult spaces such as mine passages. The highly flexible and durable structure, the neutral color temperature and the strong light flow make the LED strip optimal for demanding daily use even when the working environment is challenging. The strip is completely waterproof according to the IP65 classification, so it can be used without worry even in damp rooms and outdoors all year round. Available in either a warm 3000 K or neutral 4000 K color temperature.

Installation and safety: 230 V LED strips

Runs on 230 V AC, 50 Hz. Plug it into a normal socket; no transformer is needed.
Maximum total length from one supply is 100 metres, which is 1,200 W at 12 W/m. Never exceed it, even with extension cords.
Join lengths with the screw connectors only, with the power cord unplugged. Tighten every joint and the end cap. Outdoors, protect joints with electrical joint grease and the shrink sleeve.
Do not cut, shorten, puncture or split the strip, and do not route the strip or its cord through walls, doors or windows.
Do not switch the strip on while coiled or tightly packed. Keep strip surfaces at least 2 cm apart and never cover the strip: it can overheat.
Not for cabinets, containers or other closed spaces, and not for rooms with flammable gases or dust.
Fasten only with the AGGE clips and rails. No nails or rivets. The manual states the strip is not for permanent fixing to buildings.
Operating temperature −20 °C to +45 °C. Strip and connectors are IP65, the plug connector IP44. Protection class II.
Switch off when unattended. Do not combine with other manufacturers’ strips or cords.
