The Zigbee Smart Plug joins a Philips Hue bridge, so outdoor strips and garden lights switch with the rest of the house. Indoors, AGGE controllers, remotes and wall panels talk over RF 2.4 GHz and need no app or hub.

24 V or 230 V?
24 V for indoor installations where you want a profile, dimming and a clean finish: it needs a transformer. 230 V when you want to plug in and go, run long lengths outdoors or on site, and do not need dimming.
How far can a 230 V strip run from one socket?
Up to 100 metres in total, about 1,200 W. Join lengths with the connectors; each strip is sold with or without the 170 cm power cord.
Can I use the strips in a sauna?
Use the Sauna kit: an IP65 strip with an IP67 transformer, intended for mood lighting around the benches. Follow the placement and temperature limits in the manual on the product page.
Do I need an electrician?
Not for plug-in products: 24 V kits, 230 V strips with a plug, worklights and lanterns. Fixed-wired 230 V lights such as the UFO PRO must be installed by a qualified electrician.
What is the warranty?
24 months on 24 V strips, kits, the UFO PRO and floodlights; 12 months on 230 V strips, worklights, lanterns and smart plugs. Statutory consumer rights apply on top. Valostore also offers 30-day returns.
